Vince Ianni is the Director of property management at AQ Properties. He oversees the property management team, listings, maintenance issues, trust accounting and lease renewals. Vince is a fully licensed real estate agent with an extensive understanding of legislation.
“The best part of my job is interacting with people and being part of the team environment at AQ Properties. It’s a great team culture and that’s very important to me. We work hard and play hard too. I’m driven by detail (I like crossing my t’s and dotting the i’s) and try and stay one step ahead of any issues when it comes to managing properties for our clients.”
A fun fact about Vince: At age 10, he had already decided on a career in real estate after conversations with his uncle, a real estate agent.
