As a Junior Property Manager, Wejdan says nothing prepared her for the real estate rollercoaster! She studied nursing before joining the company but discovered that she enjoyed managing properties.
“I love connecting people with the right properties. I get great satisfaction knowing I’ve helped someone secure a rental property or helped a landlord lease out their property successfully. I thrive on building good relationships not only with landlords but our tenants too so I can meet the expectations of both parties and make sure everything runs smoothly.”
Outside of work, Wejdan enjoys spending time with her daughter, keeping active and studying to keep her nursing skills and knowledge up to date.
How she starts her day: With an oat milk cappuccino
Funniest work memory: “Recently, I helped lease out a farm. While I was inspecting the front of the property, this huge rooster snuck up quietly and stood next to me staring. I couldn’t call anyone for help as there was no reception so I drove out as fast as I could! I did return to finish the inspection though.”
Favourite technology: “My phone because my work and personal lives are on it.”
